From St. Jakob in the valley Pfitsch initially on geteerter then gravel road to the hamlet stone. The brown sign "Pfitscherjoch". The yoke road junction and the sharp right to Pfitscherjoch Home upwards. The refuge is the same route to the starting point. |

..:: PFITSCHERJOCH (26 km - 2h 30min - 830 Hm)
From St. Jakob in Pfitsch on the old road Pfitscher downvalley to pit, turn right and the sign "Grub mountain cabin". 100 m after the forest barrier and the right sign to link. Turn right. After a short climb takes you in the Grubberhütte. Back on the ascent route to the junction, then geradeasu, rechtshalten (no longer the way follow). When the signs straight, down to the forest barrier over and continue until Grubbe, from there on the asphalt road to St. James. |
