The Törggelen is an old custom Südtiroler autumn. It is the Bezeichn care for the taste of new wine. The word comes from the concept Torggl. The Törggelen has far on the northern borders of our country also made a big splash. The upper Italians know a similar custom, they castagnata, ie Chestnut lot.
